On this product page it is named 15-in-1 in the description, shows 18-in-1 in the promotional images, and the box says 26-in-1; however, by my count, it only has 12-in-1.
In the promotional images, there are two different products in the same image. The larger open image shows four positions in red (shoulders) and four in blue (chest) while the smaller folded image shows two in red and six in blue. This leaves me questioning what muscle group the two that switch actually work out. Note: The product received is the two red and six blue model.
The instructions are on a sheet of A5 paper (about a half-sheet of 8.5×11) front and back. While they do provide a 10-week routine for using the product, there are no images for the various features.
Again, I'm not knocking the product itself as it functions well, is sturdy, and has helped me correct my form; I'm just unsure if I'm getting all I can from the product.
